An average cost of a general clean for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is cleaned on a scheduled basis is $80 per visit.
Heavier housecleaning such as first-time cleans, one-time cleans, spring cleaning, appliances and move-out cleaning we charge an hourly rate.
Window cleaning services are offered. Cleaning of newly installed windows may require an additional charge.
New construction cleanup is generally charged by the square footage and varies depending upon the project.
Note: Sales tax is added to each charge.
Payment must be made at the time of service.
