- Each employee is interviewed and their references
checked. Every employee is thoroughly trained.
- Our employees must sign a confidentiality agreement,
as well as an agreement stating they may be subject
to criminal background checks as well as random drug
screening.
- There are no contracts to sign.
- Our customers' keys are proven secure.

Owner Profile
My name is Barb. I started Tender Loving Clean, in April
of 1997. I cleaned as an individual cleaner for many years
prior to launching a service. We are a continually growing
business with many satisfied customers.
I can empathize with the needs of our customers, as I
too struggle with trying to manage all the important things
in my life and keep a clean house too! I am a single mother
of two wonderful children, with a full-time plus career,
and I know I can't do it all!
Time slips away too quickly and when my house is dirty I don't feel good. A clean house lifts my spirits!
